About the Founder and Managing Director:

Born and raised in Southern California, Patrice has always had a spirit for helping others.  In the spring of 2000, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a bachelors degree in Sociology from a private and coeducational HBCU, Clark Atlanta University. Following her matriculation from Clark Atlanta University, Patrice worked as a Paralegal for a boutique law firm, where she developed a passion for helping others, conducting research, and working within a field dedicated to promoting equality and diversity.

In 2010, Patrice was employed as a contractor for the United States Department of Labor's Office of Foreign Labor Certification, where she was a Program Immigration Analyst who performed audits on PERM Labor Certifications. She worked closely with Certifying Officers and other senior level federal personnel. It was at the United States Department of Labor where she harvested a strong emotion for immigration policy and foreign relations.

Following her employment as a Program Immigration Analyst, Patrice worked for some of the world's largest law firms as an Immigration Paralegal. Under direct supervision and guidance of some of the world's leading Immigration Attorneys, her employment provided services to include labor certification recruitment and applications; visa document preparation; case management; review and research;  designed to help ensure immigration compliance. Aside from document preparation and case management, her immigration profession focuses on PERM Labor Certification and non immigrant visas such as the O-1 visa for individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement. She also specializes in first preference EB-1 category for United States employment-based permanent residency.

Since 2016, Patrice has worked independently, providing an affordable alternative to law firms and companies that wish to outsource their immigration casework without the underlying stress of hiring a full time paralegal. This, in turn, cuts down on overhead cost, saving the firms several thousand dollars a year.  Furthermore, Patrice directly assists individuals with immigration form preparation and gathering required documentary proof or evidence as required by USCIS to ensure a successful outcome.
